We had a fantastic time at Smugglers Notch Resort during our Thanksgiving trip! The extensive family activities and variety of options kept us engaged, and the staff were generally helpful. However, the lodging left a lot to be desired, particularly regarding the beds and their comfort. Additionally, the dining prices were on the higher side, which was a bit concerning for a family getaway.

While some staff members were helpful, I found a few to be less than pleasant, which detracted from the overall experience.

Breakfast was quite good and reasonably priced, but dinner felt overpriced for what was offered.

The variety of activities on-site is impressive, but the FunZone and other amenities didn't fully meet our expectations.

We had an amazing fall vacation at Smuggs! The staff made us feel like family, and the activities were perfect for us. We enjoyed the hot tub after hiking and found the indoor pool clean and enjoyable. However, if you visit off-season, be prepared for limited dining and activity options. The room could have used an ice maker to match the fantastic experience.
